Creators own the content they upload but grant Asakiri a license to host and deliver it to enrolled learners. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, ensuring materials comply with intellectual property laws, and responding to learner issues in a timely manner.

Courses must respect community guidelines, avoid hateful or misleading content, and follow local regulations for professional or regulated advice.

Purchases are processed by our payment partners. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to withhold payouts, issue credits, or reverse transactions in cases of fraud or policy violations.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with security controls, or harvest data from other users. Automated access (such as scraping) is prohibited without written permission.

Asakiri is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asakiri and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. When updates are material we will notify you through the product or email.
